    The appartment is cozy and within easy reach of central Paris. Several supermarkets - and a number of very nice 'boulangeries' among other shopping options - are easy to locate in the vicinity of the appartment. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering so I found this appartment perfect for our longer trip to Paris. Thumbs up for the landlords who managed this very well and were always reachable.

    Fabien is a hands on host. He perfectly contacted us before to describe how to get the keys. Before arriving het sent us a document with information about the appartement (what to bring). THANKS!

Easy to reach from Gare de L'est, very good description of what can be expected, very clean and nice place. I've been there for 2 nights with my three sons and we had a very good time. Bakery and grocery right around the corner, at least 3 Metro Stations within 5 minutes, also restaurants and bars, a marketplace, nice canal and nature... very good technic with TV, DVD,..., nice neigbourhood and a also a very friendly concierge at the house. The host is very fiendly too!! We can recommend the place to everybody.
