The apartment ANTON MARTÍN II is suitable for up to 5 visitors. It is provided with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a double sofa bed. It is supplied with a complete private bathroom, bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi Internet, TV, CD, completely equipped kitchen, refrigerator, and heating.
It's in Olivar street, in the very heart of Madrid, in the lively and central district of Antón Martín. Located on a first floor (no lift available), the apartment is fully equipped. You can easily reach on foot Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, the Barrio de las Letras, Plaza Santa Ana, Museo Reina Sofía, Museo del Prado, Museo Caixaforum and you will also be close to Plaza Mayor and the historic district Madrid de los Austrias.
When arriving in Madrid please phone to inform us about your arrival at least 55 minutes in advance. If coming by plane, please call once you have claimed your luggage so that our staff has time enough to go and wait for you in the apartment. In order to guarantee the return of the apartment in perfect conditions, a 200 € deposit will be requested, refundable once the apartment and its belongings have been returned in proper conditions. Check-in from 20:00 pm to 2:00 am must pay an extra charge of 30 €

Valentina 2.0 stars 05/20/2013I talked with Elisa only by phone and she was very kind. However the lady that came to the apartment spoke only Spanish and gave us a wrong information about the baggage deposit in the nearby station, so that we had to spend 2 hours more than planned to find the right one. They ask for the credit card number as a deposit for the aprtment, even if this was not mentioned at the time of reservation.
