This magnificent house with private swimming pool is located in the municipal district of Encinarejo of Cordoba, just 20 minutes from the city. It has recently been renovated and furnished.

It has two floors: On the upper floor are the bathroom and two bedrooms, 1 with a bed of 1.5 x 2.0m, the other with 2 beds of 0.9 x 1.9m. On the lower floor is the living room with a sofa-bed, the kitchen and a toilet. The house also has private parking for two cars.

The village of Encinarejo of Cordoba, winner of the Provincial Embellishment Award, has all the necessary services; pedestrian areas, very clean streets and whitewashed houses. There is also a bicycle route through all the district as far as the river.
