    Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Was etwas nervig war, der TV ging nicht, bei der Spülaschine war der Halter kaputt, sodass keine Teller eingefüllt werden konnten. Es hat wenig Geschirr. Das Bad im obersten Stock war nicht zu gebrauchen, da gab es ein Problem mit dem Ablauf, das stank so sehr, dass ich mich fast übergeben musste. Beim Hauseingang musste ein Geländer geflickt wrden, drinnen musste ebenfalls ein Geländer geflickt werden, fact ist, dass wir die Arbeiter zwei Mal an fünf Tagen im Haus hatten, das war nicht so toll. Ansonsten gaben sie sich mühe und versuchten alles was wir beanstandeten zu erfüllen. Das Sofabett konnte nur von den Kindern benützt werden, da die Matratze ultra dünn ist und man als Erwachsener darauf nicht schlafen kann. Super Nachbarn!

    We had a wonderful stay. As a tip for the host, it would be nice if there were more glasses and utensils. With 5 people we had to keep washing the dishes. Maybe it should also be mentioned that the house is 4 stories high and a lot of stair climbing has to done.

    Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral und trotzdme ruhig.
    Es sind insgesamt 5 Bettplätze und eine Ausziehcouch vorhanden, die etwas unbequem ist.
    Die Wohnung war sauber jedoch war etwas wenig Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden.

    Wir (7 Personen) haben den Transfer zurück zu Flughafen gebucht, dies war 80 Euro. Wir haben 400 Euro Depo geleistet. Ich hätte erwartet, dass wir 320 Euro zurück erhalten. Sie haben es einfach versucht, und natürlich ein Rückgeld gehabt, man kann ja so versuchen an 20 Euro Trinkgeld zu kommen. Das fand ich nicht korrekt.

Wir haben 2 Nächte in der Turquoise Suite-Levent verbracht. Die Größe des Zimmers war i.O., das Badezimmer hätte größer sein können. Es war etwas hellhörig und der Baulärm nebenan war sehr störend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Metrostation erreicht man in 5 Gehminuten und in 10 Min. ist man in Taksim - die Lage des Hotels ist somit perfekt für Ausflüge und Einkäufe.

Man kann es als Betrug des Anbieters bezeichnen. Aufgrund des Internetangebotes von 9flats habe ich ein Appartement mit drei Schlafzimmern gebucht. Bei der Ankunft stellte sich heraus, daß nur 2 Schlafzimmer vorhanden waren. Der Vermieter erklärte mir glaubwürdig, daß dieses Problem schon des öfteren aufgetreten ist. Aus diesem Grunde kann man schon eine Betrugsabsicht unterstellen. Außerdem lagen noch folgende Mängel vor: an Geschirr vorhanden- 2 Gabeln, 2 Löffel, 2 Teller (für 3 Personen), 2 Töpfe. Es gab keinen Tisch mit Sitzgelegenheit, man mußte am Couchtisch, auf Sessel sitzend seine Malzeiten zu sich nehmen.
