Visit us and get the real feel for Berlin! The studio lays in the heart of Kreuzberg - the district that never sleeps. You will live inbetween the famous Oranienstraße and Warschauer Straße and will get an impression of the original Berlin. You will have a huge variety of bars, restaurants, clubs and also supermarkets within that neighbourhood. And as it is typical for Berlin: there is something for every taste! Görlitzer Park, which is a parc famous for its mulicultural atmosphere, is only two minutes away and gives you the opportunity to relax or to have a barbecue. Next trainstation (line 1) is five minutes by foot. It gives you a very good transportation in every important area from Berlin. The historical center is reachable in 10 minutes or the Hauptbahnhof in 15 Minutes. If you would like to explore Berlin by bike you can rent them for a very fair price from us.
The studio is in a very calm and pretty courtyard. With its high ceilings (3,20 m), its big rooms and its original wooden floor it has the classical charme of a berlin style apartment.
All furniture is brand new, the wooden floor has been renewed and the quality of bed and matress is very high.
The studio offers you a kingsize bed and a big pull out couch with enough space for two. A large flatscreen TV and a DVD player is available for your extra entertainment.
The kitchen is open and integrated in the studio. It is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen and studio are separated by a bar with seating for four people.
The bathroom is next to the entry. It is completely modernized and has a bassin, a toilet and a bathtub. Fresh towels are included in our price.

The flat is kitted out with all that you need to not have to worry about anything, feel comfortable with your only concern being to have a great time in Berlin. Bis auf eine Nacht, in der die hellhörigen Wände den punkrockhörenden Obermieter nicht abhalten konnten, und das Anspringen des Kühlschranks.
Ausstattung top, neu, die Küchenzeile mit richtigem Herd und allem was mensch benötigt da. Gut auch das sehr bequeme Bett und das moderne Bad. Einchecken total problemlos. Und wirklich sauber war es.
Negativ an der Wohnung ist, dass das Einzimmerappartment (bis auf Bad & Flur) ziemlich dunkel ist. Einen Wasserschaden im Bad sagte Ben zu, alsbald zu beheben. -

Es war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden hier wieder übernachten.

He can arrange airport transfer if you wish but only a ten minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof so I wouldnt bother. Airport to there is only 3.20 Euro

Auf anfängliche Probleme ( Danke an "Super-Mario" für seine liebenswürdigen und total spontanen Abhilfen! ) haben Ben und sein Team schnell, unkompliziert und zu unserer Zufriedenheit reagiert - telefonisch war stets jemand erreichbar.
