Karon Rustic Villas command spectacular views of the Karon beach and headland and enjoy magnificent sunsets views over the bay. Restaurants and shops are only a few minutes walk away while the fabulous 5km Karon Beach is a quick 3 mins drive or 15 mins walk. The residences are open plan with floor-to-ceiling opening doors making the whole house an open air terrace.

The villas are luxuriously furnished throughout with plasma cable TV, hifi, internet and have fully equipped kitchens. Residence 1 has 3 bedrooms, all en suite. Residence 2 has 4 bedrooms, 3 en suite and 2 sharing a bathroom.
The rooftop infinity pools have Jacuzzi jets at one end and an infinity edge looking over Karon and the Andaman Sea. Covered deck areas allow for shaded poolside sojourns while sun worshippers are also accommodated in open areas.

Airport transfer is provided. The house is in Karon village and a car is not necessary but may be preferred. Taxis and tuk-tuks are plentiful as are rental motorbikes. Car hire can be arranged upon request.

Outside
The 30 sq.m. infinity swimming pools on the roof terraces are partially shaded by pergolas and have wooden decking with areas for sun lounges, barbeques and entertaining. There are stunning 360 views of sea and forested mountains from these roof pool areas.
Private off road parking in separate 2 vehicle carports large enough to accommodate any motor vehicle plus 4 or 5 motorbikes

Accessibility
Regrettably, neither property is suitable for people with impaired mobility. Pets accepted by negotiation.

Golf
2 great golf courses within half an hour, Loch Palm and Phuket Country Club. Another 6 courses are within 45 minutes drive.

Special interest holidays
Diving school nearby with snorkelling and diving gear for hire and tuition. Surfboards and skis are also for hire.

Karon Beach can be seen from the house and is within a kilometre. The smaller charming Kata Beach is about 6km away.

Patong Beach is about 10 mins drive and you'll find many boutiques and a large Carrefour store with European groceries. Phuket Town is about 30 mins drive and its 20-25 mins drive to the Central Festival Mall with designer boutiques and a cinema. In the same area is a Tesco.

Baan Pa-nom (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6)

Enter the property on the main floor with the hall, separate WC and pantry off, there is a spacious open plan living area with fantastic sea and forest views, kitchen and dining areas and an entertainment area with a 42" plasma TV, cable channels, IPOD connection, DVD and CD player plus sound system with surround sound. Internet is also provided. The dining area has a large teak dining table for 8 while the fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, oven/hob, American sized fridge/freezer, and microwave.

Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms.

The master bedroom with Balinese open plan shower and double bath has a king size bedroom suite overlooking the bay and forest through floor to ceiling opening doors.

The second bedroom has a king size bed has similar views and is ensuite. It has similar views as the master bedroom.

The third bedroom is ensuite and has twin beds. This room has jungle views.

The roof area has a pool with Jacuzzi jets at one end and deck and sun chairs. Included in the price is daily maid service plus towels and linen for 6 people changed weekly.

All bedrooms have air conditioning. Living area and dining area have ceiling fans to help cool the area down in hot season
