Deluxe studio- South Beach Miami

Only 4 minutes walk to the white sands of Miami, South Beach in the heart of the fashion, dining, nightlife & art deco district. No need to drive to be someplace special...you are already there!!! A car is therefore not necessary. This is the best value for your money as you are in the ideal location..few minutes walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, bars and all the nightlife South Beach has to offer. Across the street is Diesel, Adidas, Banana Republic, A/X and Kenneth Cole shops. The popular Lincoln Mall is only 15-20 minutes walk or you can take the local bus for just .25cents. . I have 2 studios available in the same building so e-mail me for availability.

From Miami Int'l Airport it costs about $33 for a taxi, if you are travelling alone you can take the blue super shuttle (shared van) for $22 per person. If you really want to save costs you can take 1 bus costing less than $3 to get to the studio from Miami Int'l airport.

Studio amenities include free high speed internet access, LCD Digital white cable TV/DVD combo, individual temp control A/C with remote, mini-fridge, microwave, electric hot pot, coffee maker, phone, hairdryer, sony clock/radio with ipod/iphone dock charger, blackout curtains, 2 portable beach chairs with canopy to take to the beach, iron and ironing board. There is NO stove. Your studio comes with 1 queen bed, your own private bathroom/shower, 4 fresh clean towels, linen, liquid hand soap, dial soap and shampoo gel all in one for cleansing the entire body/hair. During your stay nobody will be cleaning your studio unless if you wish to have cleaning service there is an extra charge of $45 per day(optional). Also on the 2nd floor (front-side) of the building there is a 1500 sq ft balcony with a hot tub that you share with the other guests/tenants of the building. Upon arrival at the hotel front desk you must present a photo id and the front desk is open 24 hours and there is no smoking allowed inside the studio. At least one person must be 21 years or over to check-in according to Florida law. Please note my studio does NOT have a stove.

There is NO free parking available. There are public garages, private garage, metered parking and valet service available. Valet parking service is currently $27 per day. The garages range from $18-$20 per day..subject to change.

There is a US$100 security deposit that is collected via your credit card or paypal and this refunded to your credit card or paypal after you check-out provided there are no damages to the studio. This security deposit is collected just after making the booking on this website. No smoking inside the studio. There is a penalty fee of $100 if the studio smells of smoke upon check out.
