Design Apartment Berlin-Kreuzkoelln

I am offering a 53 sqm designer apartment with spacious lounge and double bedroom, an open and neatly arranged kitchen and a natural stone tiled bathroom. The bedroom is to the rear of the building and therefore very quiet; it has a comfortable king-sized bed and a large antique wooden wardrobe. The bedroom's subtle, earthy tones promise a good night's sleep.

In contrast, the bright, sun-drenched living room is decorated with modern furniture and fantastic „street-art“ workpieces from Berlin-based artist Silvia Maccariello. Here you can literally feel the connection with the most creative city in the world – Berlin!

I also proudly present my DMY-Berlin proofed prototype „T1-Pushboy“, a mobile entertainment terminal including TV, DVD, CD, MP3 and PS2. Enjoy the full package of entertainment in every corner of the apartment. Everything is very easy to operate and lots of fun. WiFi internet access is included, as well as two brand new bicycles.

There is also a children's travel cot available for those fit parents who are not afraid of 4th floor living!

When you enter the house the delicious scent of one of the best pizzerias in Berlin - "pizza a pezzi" - greets you. As well as the In-house pizzeria, there's a bakery right next door.

The Reuter"kiez" (or "neighbourhood"): Reuterplatz, Kreuzkölln is in close proximity to the districts of Kreuzberg and Treptow. Kreuzkölln nightlife has almost outstripped Kreuzberg. New galleries, bars and restaurants are opening almost every week. The Görli (Görlitzer Park) is only a 10-minute walking away.
