4 Zimmer Familienoase Westend

Quiet place and not a lot of noise in the building (in fact, I saw nobody during my stay) and everything is available. Too bad the internet connection doesn't work. It says that there is, but that mostly Windows users can't go on the network... So that isn't really helpful. No elevator, and if you're lucky, you have a place on the forth floor :) But I think it is a nice, adorable place. I also stayed at another place, and I thought that apartment has much more space and comfort and there wasn't a big price difference.

Dank der super Lage der Wohnung, haben wir sie auf Anhieb gefunden und wurden herzlich empfangen. Nach einer kurzen Einführung und einer Vorstellung der Wohnung, fühlten wir uns sofort wohl und waren sehr positiv überrascht von Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Sauberkeit: Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich - klare 5 Sterne! Ausstattung: Vom Herd bis zum Bügeleisen mussten wir nichts missen und deshalb gibt es auch hier die volle Punktzahl! Lage: Fantastisch und mit U-Bahn-Anschluss. Trotz der zentralen Lage hatten wir dank der guten Schallisolierung unsere Ruhe. Klare 5 Sterne! Preis/Leistung: Top! Genaue Beschreibung: Klare Beschreibung, keine Übertreibungen, alles in der Beschreibung traf zu und unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen! Fazit: Eine klare Empfehlung an alle, die ein paar Tage Berlin erleben wollen und sich dabei völlig heimisch und wohl fühlen möchten. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!

The Apartment is quite old and run down, beds as well, so is the entire house, however very well located. The biggest problem is that the apartment can never ever be rent to more than 4 (max 6) people as there is only one bathroom incl. only one toilette! One of our children wetted the pants due to the toilet was blocked. In this respect the additional money charged per each extra person beyond 6 was a ripp off. Even if it had been mentioned we could not expect only ONE toilett when renting an apartment for 11 people for 3 days for total 890€!!! When addressing this to the host there was just a shrug of shoulders. The money had been paid. Last time with 9flats! Where is quality control?
