Fully equipped, comfortable room with fantastic view!
We rent a 15 sqm large, bright guest rooms with direct access to the roof terrace and its own private bathroom with shower / toilet in our roof top apartment near Bergmann Kiez in Kreuzberg. The room has a double bed (1.40 x 2m), a wardrobe, a bookshelf, a television, a mirror and two chairs with a table. Bath and guest rooms are heated by underfloor heating. The bed can be converted into a day bed.
Our apartment is on the top floor of a modern building with views over an old brewery on one side and overlooks leafy Victoria Park on the other side. The room opens directly to the roof terrace with views out over the park. On the large sunny roof terrace there is seating, a sun deck, a water shower and a barbecue. In the evening you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over Berlin. The tube "Platz der Luftbrücke" (5 minutes) and the tube station "Mehringdamm" (10 minutes) and the various shopping and nightlife Bergmannstrasse (5 minutes) are nearby.
We have a young son (1 year old), who normally sleeps well at night. He should even make an exception, he sleeps in our bedroom and then should not be heard in the guest room. Babies and toddlers are welcome and will not be calculated. A travel cot and a children's mattress available. Changing table, high chair, bottle warmer, baby swing, playpen, baby bath, toys, etc. are available. On the grounds is a manageable playground, in the adjoining Victoria Park is a large adventure playground and plenty of space to walk.
Wi-Fi, fax and landline flatrate inclusive, bicycles can be rented for 5 € / day. (Please inquire in advance if available.)
Our new kitchen with an espresso machine, dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, microwave and refrigerator is available for shared use. Coffee and tea included.

Sven 5.0 stars 04/29/2013Die Wohnung ist in einem Top-Zustand mit einem sehr großen und schönen Bad. Der riesige Balkon bietet einen tollen weitläufigen Blick auf Potsdamer Platz bis hin zum Kurfürstendamm. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch ganz nah am Bergmannkiez und einer U-Bahn-Station.
Das Bett ist auch sehr bequem. -

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zimmer, Bad, Ausblick von der Dachterrasse und natürlich die Gastgeber, alles war perfekt. Eine bessere Unterkunft für unseren Berlin-Urlaub hätten wir nicht finden können. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir fühlten uns dank der herzlichen Begrüßung direkt willkommen. Judith & ihre Familie sind sehr gastfreundlich, die perfekten Gastgeber. Man bucht nicht nur ein Zimmer in exklusiver Lage mit eigenem Bad, sondern erhält zudem jede Menge Tipps für Ausgehmöglichkeiten, von Cafés über Restaurants bis hin zu Kneipen & Co.
Angenehm sind auch die kleinen Gastgeschenke und Betttupferl, sowie die aufgestellte Box mit Touristen-Infos von Reiseführern verschiedener Art bis hin zu Flyern aller Art (Museen, Attraktionen, Insider-Tipps).
