Chueca Valverde II apartment occupies the 1st floor of a magnificent building, just a few meters from the Gran Via street . Has been recently renovated and consists of a wide room with double bed, une big bathroom, living room where we have installed a double sofa bed, and fully equipped kitchen. There are one single sofa bed too.

The apartment offers comfort and coolness in the heart of Madrid, in the chic neighbourhood of Chueca. This central area is perfect for exploring the Spanish capital and is close to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, the Retiro Park and more. The triad of the Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen Bornemisza Museums are also fairly close.

The exclusive Chueca neighbourhood is also where many gay bars are concentrated, and offers very chic boutiques, high level restaurants and charming outdoor cafes in its plazas. Fuencarral is a street which is absolutely packed with shops and has the Mercadillo where you can get a piercing or tattoo if the fancy strikes you.

The Gran Via street and the surrounding area contained the greatest amount of entertainment, shows and nightlife of the capital. Because of its proximity, in this apartment you can enjoy a complete tour, knowing the Chueca, Malasaña, Barrio de las Letras and the main museums (El Prado, Thyssen, Reina Sofía...)to approach the Plaza Mayor and neighborhood Austrias and La Latina. In a word: perfect.
