I'm renting one room in my fully furnished luxury apartment in Berlin Mitte ( city center ) . . . The apartment is located behind Arkonaplatz, Tube, Tram and Bus are just around the corner. The Mauerpark is just 1 minute walk away as well as many bars, cafés, shops, galleries and restaurants. Two of the best flew markets are just around the corner. The area is very lively and safe.
The apartment is on the 6th floor ( last one, but an elevator is there ) of a new building, it has 130 qm with 80 qm terrace and two bathrooms. The room is furnished with wooden floor, a new double bed and a new mattress, a confortable armchair and a lovely little table. From the room you will have a fantastic view you can enjoy from a private terrace where you can sit or lay while contemplating a beautiful sunset. Linen and towels are of course included. Wireless internet is also available.
The room provides total privateness with private bathroom and terrace. The use of the kitchen and living room is not included.
