Due to the high demand on la maison des sirenes 1, I decided to offer another apartment. This is La Maison des Sirenes 2 ,same house but on the top floor (4th floor) of my brownstone.
It is located in one of the most coveted block(tree lined)of Bedstuy. It features a master bedroom (luxury Vera Wang queen size mattress) , a guest room with a twin size daybed coming from another world, an antique bathroom, a complete Tuscan kitchen, dining room and living room. The apartment is very bright, light is coming from every sides and ceilings (skylight).
The apartment was decorated with taste and I meticulously picked every single piece of furniture myself. Some of the furniture’s come from abroad and have many stories to say on their own. Some other has been collected for years and stored in my apartment waiting for the perfect place to be.

intérieur coquet et bien équipé, vaste. Quelques remarques pour encore l'améliorer: Flexible de douche à remplacer ,grosse fuite et douche difficile, mettre un vrai canapé ,des lampes de chevet ,réparer les volets cassés.
Dans l'ensemble ,cela restera un très bon logement que nous recommandons. -

Süße kleine Wohnung in Brooklyn, nette Nachbarschaft, zentral gelegen, 5 Minuten bis zur Ubahn und nach kurze Fahrt am JFK oder in Downtown Manhatten... Preis-Leistung top, kann man nur empfehlen.

Keine 10 Minuten bis zur Metro, die in ca. 15 Minuten am TimeSquare ist. In der Nähe bekommt man alles was man so braucht und Abends in der Umgebung etwas Trinken oder Essen gehen ist kein Problem.
Unser Tip Williamsburg!!!The appartment is perfect - nothing missing.
About 10m. to the Metro, and the 15 m to Time Square.
You can eat and drink in the neighborhoud.

Sie hat uns vor der Anreise über alles Notwendige informiert, uns auf unsere Fragen schnell geantwortet und vor Ort sofort reagiert, als wir feststelten, dass der Toaster kaputt war. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben und hätten jeder Zeit mit ihr in Kontakt treten können.
