Upper West ;-) Charlottenburg Ku´damm

RESIDENTIAL AREA:
Nice and cosy room in apartment (85m²) on the Kurfürstendamm. 2nd floor, no elevator.
Quiet but central location in Charlottenburg, one of the best residential areas in Berlin.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
S-and U-Bahn and Night bus nearby.
The main station can be reached in 20 minutes.
The Reichstag / Brandenburg Gate can be reached in 30 minutes.

SURROUNDING:
Good restaurants, bars, McDonalds, 24h liquor store, super-market can be reached within minutes by foot.
The room is equipped with a new double bed (1,6m), TV and Wireless Network.
The kitchen and the bathroom is shared with me and my 4 year old daughter. My daughter is with me usually 2 or 3 days a week.
The kitchen is provided with tea and coffee.
In the price is included of course, fresh linen and fresh towels.

IMPORTANT ABOUT ME:
I have a 4 year old daughter and she will be maybe arround as she stays regularly two or three days per week with me.
She is a nice child and well-behaved but just for your information that you might meet her.
If you wish I will be happy to to give recommendation to the sigths and the cultural life in Berlin.
Generally I like to meet people and exchange views very much and 9flats is a great thing for that.
