Double Bedroom with Free WIFI in compact central apartment with Shared bathroom, use of kitchen facilities (Cooker, Hob, Fridge, Dishwasher & Washer Dryer).

Towels & Bedding Provided. Room has Wardrobe, Mirror, Chest of Drawers, Lamp, Alarm Clock/Radio & Triple Glazing. (Further pictures available on request.

Breakfast of Cereals & Toast plus tea & coffee included (help Yourself).

Smoking not allowed in apartment but can smoke on apartment balcony with door closed. No Pets Please.

Located right in the heart of the City Centre, next to Palace Theatre and Oxford Road Train station, with FREE city centre bus (Metroshuttle No 2) stopping at end of street every 10 mins.(1 Min walk).

Just a 5 Minute walk to Canal Street & Gay Village, China Town, Deansgate Locks & Castlefield, Business & Shopping Districts are a 10 minute walk or use the Regular FREE Bus.

The M.E.N. Arena, Theatres, Museuems & Galleries, Universities, Manchester Central, Old Trafford, City of Manchester Stadium and Sport City are all easily accessible

We are ideally suited for both Leisure and Business visits and will do whatever we can to make your stay an enjoyable one.

There is a 24 hour store 1 min away, with Starbucks, Subway, Greggs and various other bars, cafe's and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Manchester's only outdoor roof garden is located next door, ideal for a relaxing drink when the weather permits.

Getting Here:

RAIL: Nearest Station Is Oxford Rd (directly outside), Piccadilly station has regular connections to Oxford Rd (included if your ticket shows "Central Zone" or "Manchester Stations") or Approx 10 min walk. Victoria Station, Metroshuttle No 2 free bus runs every 10 minutes from directly outside to the end of the street, or approx 15 - 20 min walk.

Metrolink: Nearest stop is St Peter Square 5 Minute Walk

Parking: On-street Parking available FREE between 6pm & 8am Pay & Display outside these times, NCP multi-story (Chester Street) 2 minutes walk.

Airports: Manchester (MAN) Airport is accessible by a direct train to Oxford Rd Station (directly outside) there is also a 24 hour bus service #43 which stops at the end of the street.
Liverpool (LPL) Airport, trains run from Liverpool South Parkway directly to Manchester Oxford Rd. Alternatively a Coach & bus Service operates to Manchester Central Coach Station.
