Liceu-Ramblas 3

it's a great place for backpackers or low-budget travelers. not the cleanest apartment, but i've seen worse places. you've got a double bed and a sleeping sofa. but i wouldn't stay with more than 3 people.
the location is just brilliant! you're a stone's throw away from the ramblas and don't need taxis or buses.
the only problem was: the owner doesn't understand a word when you're not talking in spanish. we asked if we could leave our luggage until 5pm as our flight was in the evening. he showed us his calendar and said it's not a problem, because the new guests will arrive the next day. he said 17(which we thought it means we have to leave at 5pm). well, he phoned us on our last day at 1pm and it's really not fun talking with someone in different languages on the phone as my spanish is as good as my chinese. long story short, our luggage was packed by sergio and left in the hall, he chucked our food and stole our hello kitty toilet paper (cheeky bastard!). oh, and wifi didn't work

It was a really nice place to stay. The location is perfect for the night life. Surrounded from bars and clubs. But also the beach is close to walk.
Everything you need for a short stay is there. Clean and modern. But the internet, which was written in the description before, was not working. So for business people could be important to know.

Sergio's flat is located few meters away from the very famous Las Ramblas. Bars, restaurants are everywhere in the old town. You can enjoy a nice walk in Raval, going to the fresh fruits market and try a nice sangria on any terrasse.
