This penthouse was build and designed by german architect Philipp Nocke in 2008 for myself. I love this place very much. But most of the time i have to work in another city. I would love to invite guests to enjoy Berlin as i do when i come to my lovely Dachgeschoss!

Thomas 5.0 stars 01/11/2013What can I say.. the apartment is just fantastic. I spent 3 months living here and it has been nothing but amazing. The description of the place doesn't even do it justice and it is probably the nicest place I have set foot in, let alone live in. The whole place is ENORMOUS and is extremely comfortable. It is fantastically located in the lovely district of Prenzlauer Berg and most places in the city are reachable within a 25 minutes period by S-Bahn or U-Bahn. I could not recommend this place more highly and it is a fantastic place to spend a weekend, month or longer. One can only imagine what the roof garden and balcony would be like in the Summer and think that anyone who passes up on the opportunity to stay here during that time (or anytime..) would be very unwise. I am now going to be living in Berlin permanently on the back of staying here and I can't sing the praises of Berlin as a place, the penthouse apartment and it's location enough. Look no further than staying here.

Well throughout the last 3 months, Dmitry has been nothing but extremely helpful and attentive. Any issues that have risen have been dealt with almost immediately by either Dmitry personally or his helpful management and cleaning team. I could not have hoped for anything better than the service I received and I would highly recommend staying in this apartment or anywhere else that he offers.

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in Berlin und wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Dimitry sehr wohl gefüllt. Die Beschreibungen haben 1:1 sehr gut geklappt.Wir kommen gerne wieder.
