This unique apartment is located in the center of the city in one of the trendiest neighborhoods. This location makes the apartment be an excellent base from which to explore the city. Bus and subway right in front of the building.

Our place is in a very calm street and at walking distance to Las Ramblas, Parc de la Ciutadella, Passeig de Gracias, el Born, Sagrada Familia, Museo Picaso and many other hot spots. The beach is 20 min away. Plenty of cool restaurants, bars, coffees and shops around.

The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open kitchen, open office space and a private patio. One suite with king size bed with private access to the patio and its own bathroom with full bath and modern shower. One double room with very comfortable bunked beds. One double room to accommodate to kids.
The apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen has modern fridge/freezer, electric over, dish and wash machine, microwaves, toaster, coffee machine and tons of food preparation space. The living area has a very comfortable sofa and TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi music equipment. The office space is equipped with a 27 inches iMac and a printer ready to be used. The whole apartment comes with hight speed internet access (WI-FI).
Fresh bed linen, hand towels and bath towels, shower gel, hand soap all provided.
