Property is located in a upmarket colony of south Delhi.Shopping centres/Malls, Cinemas, hospitals,Places of tourist interest: monuments, handicrafts are within 20 min drive.

The property is cleaned every day. Domestic help is provided for 4-5 hours a day to wash clothes, run errands for guests, such as grocery shopping, taking care of dry cleaning, etc. There is a day and night guard for the building and ample off street parking.

Golf, swimming, tennis and other activities are arranged at cost to guest and are within a 15 minute drive.
