Lorena 4.0 stars 05/11/2013Since no room number was provided in the earlier communication,there was a bit of confusion when we checked-in,considering it was very late in the evening,during the wee hours of the morning. The guy ,where the key was left by the owner ,was also not that helpful.
But the host is very accommodating as he let us leave our luggages after we've checked-out. -

Edith 5.0 stars 04/01/2013Das Appartment war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage so nahe am Hydepark optimal mit Kindern (konnten sich dort austoben). Ganz viele kleine Greissler in der Nähe mit leckeren Baguettes und Croissants. Verpflegung damit gar kein Problem. Näher geht es nicht. In der Nähe (Lancaster Gate) sogar eine Haltestelle fûr den Hop-on Hop-Off Bus.

Guter Kontakt, klare Absprachen; da Heizungsproblem in ursprünglich gemieteter Wohnung bekamen wir eine bessere (1 Schlafraum extra) andere.

Edem Agdo, der Host, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und (allerdings erst nach einigem Nachhaken bei der Verwaltung von 9flats) sehr gut zu erreichen. Er war sofort zur Stelle, als wir gegen Mittag in der Wohnung ankamen, hat uns alles erklärt und sich am Ende der Zeit auch noch einmal persönlich verabschiedet. Sehr nett, dass wir unser Gepäck noch bis zum Nachmittag des Abreisetages in der Wohnung lassen durften. Edem Agdo ist als Gastgeber in London absolut zu empfehlen!!!
