Tim's Loft, 120 qm, central

There is plenty of room: 120sqm, open kitchen with gas stove, huge living room, modern furnishings, Nespresso machine, etc., 100m to next Underground (U3 Ritterstraße), ok environment, but very central to downtown, with about 5 minutes by car, 7 minutes by underground to Central Station (Hauptbahnhof)

The apartment set back a bit from the main road and you can hear very little from the street. Around there are usually always parking spaces! The master bedroom walks out to the backyard and is very very quiet. Despite the size and openness of the apartment it is well heated.

Since I enjoy cooking the kitchen is very well equipped - there are enough dishes up to 12 guests;-) you can extend the kitchen table, so there's place for up to 12 guests!
Everything in the kitchen can be used - only with wine we would have to talk about maybe a small refund;-)

As you might see in the pictures, there is no wardrobe, but something like a "walk-in closet" where I'll make some room for your things.

At the bed is an iPhone / iPod docking station with alarm clock and speaker.

For longer stays, there is a washing machine in a separate room.
