The apartment has a room with a queen size bed a very comfortable full size pull out sofa. You can enjoy a fully equipped kitchenette, flat LCD TV, cable & Internet as well as AC. Hair dryer, ironing board, a coffee maker, bed linen and towels. You can also enjoy a small out-side sitting garden with a sitting area. There is a laundromat across the street.
The neighborhood (Gramercy) is very vibrant, full of restaurants, cafes and bars, walking distance from Union Square on 14th.
