L'appartamento Iris si trova in posizione centralissima, immediatamente dietro Palazzo Vecchio a 50 m. dagli Uffizi e da Piazza della Signoria. Da qui si raggiungono velocemente a piedi tutti i maggiori luoghi d'interesse turistico (Piazza Santa Croce, Piazza Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, ecc...) ed i numerosi locali presenti nel certo storico.
Finemente ristrutturato con pavimenti in cotto, bellissime travature in legno, impianto di ara condizionata ed internet wi-fi è costituito da un grande salotto con angolo cottura nella zona giorno e da una camera matrimoniale con accesso diretto al bagno dotato di doccia, al quale si accede anche dalla zona giorno.
La camera non è dotata di aperture dirette sull'esterno ma è molto luminosa grazie ad un'intera parete in vetrocemento, all'appartamento si accede tramite una scala non molto ampia che potrebbe in determinati casi limitarne l'accessibilità.
