Absolut perfekte Lage, auch die Nähe zum Vermieter gleich ums Eck und dessen grosse Verfügbarkeit sind toll. Enttäuschend für mich war allerdings, und das erfährt man erst nach akzeptierter Buchung, dass es sich um eine Agentur handelt, die Ferienwohnungen vermietet. Man sieht es den Wohungen an, über nicht ganz frische Sofabezüge wird lieblos und etwas schlampig ein Überwurf drapiert, über den Sessel gleich eine art hässliches Fixleintuch, die Ausstattung ist genügend, für sich selbst wollte man es nicht so haben, wackelige Tische würde man bei sich zu Hause nie aktezptieren, kaputte Glühbirnen im eher dunklen Badezimmer sofort ersetzen. Meine Begeisterung für 9flats.com ist relativiert.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die Lage war ideal: einerseits war man in weningen Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum, andererseits war in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung eine tolle Markthalle. Auch alle anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Besonders gemütlich war das kleine Zimmer in der "Galerie". Und die Wohnung war auch im November schön warm und gut zu heizen. Ich kann die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Florence. The apartment was within walking distance from the train station and all major tourist attractions. As soon as we got off the train we phoned Davide and he met us at the apartment for an early check in. He was very pleasant and even helped carry our luggage. Our two children, ages seven and eleven loved climbing the spiral staircases and sleeping in their own loft area! Very clean and spacious. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Florence!
