Very spacious flat with historic flair close to the center of the barri gotic.
Beautiful entrance hall with impressive staircase. Inside joist ceiling, low, but with ample space even for large families or groups. Windows face a comparatively quiet lane. Kitchen well equipped. Very enjoyable accommodation! On the downside: Located on the second floor, hence rather dark (lighting needed all day), windows - and doors inside the flat - offer hardly any noise protection. In summary, perfect for families or groups who value historic ambience over modern amenities. -

The night before we left for Barcelona, she called to tell us that the owner of the flat had decided to use it himself. She had organised another flat for us, which was okay, although we would have preferred the one we had actually booked.
