Marius 5.0 stars 05/21/2013Great flat, located very well next to Ciutadella park, close to the city, but not noisy at all. The terrace and views are amazing! You can see Sagrada Familia from the terrace which is sunny all day and the mediterranean sea through the window in the living room. There is everything you need, including dishes, coffee maker, hair dryer, tv, tools, etc. also you will find a selection of information material upon arrival. Check-In and Check-Out worked perfectly without any problems. The next we will visit Barcelona, we will definitly try to stay here again!

Really nice, modern, clean flat in good walking proximity to the town Centre, yet. not noisy. Brilliant view from terrace. Supermarkets and cafes in close proximity.
Very small kitchen unit.
Would stay again - warm/air-conditioned, safe and secure accommodation

He wrote an email very early on to confirm the reservation and get our flight times. A great info mail prior to arrival. Also very quick replies to my emails. Upon arrival he gave us a lot more information and even though he was out of town during our stay, he was reachable via Whatsup and replied quickly to any questions. Very friendly and open minded. I would recommend anybody to chooswe this flat for your stay in Barcelona!
