Eelco 4.0 stars 05/23/2013A spacious and clean appartment, a good place to sleep for 2+1 person. Walking distance from Termini is 15 minutes, conventiant as well. The environment was quiet and no disturbance during the night. Any negative points? One: the front door/door of the appartmentcomplex has a keylock in bad condition, it takes a bit of effort to open this one fast. Though, after 1 or 2 days this went already a tad smoother. I would recommend this place.

Roelof 4.0 stars 05/07/2013Die Wohnung ist top und liegt in einer interessanten Gegend von Rom. Von dort kann man alles gut erreichen, man muss nur ab und zu etwas laufen. Es ist genügend Platz für 3 Personen. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit dort.

Wohnung war sehr sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind reichlich vorhanden. Das Bett ist leider eine Katastrophe, eine neue Matratze ist wirklich angebracht. Die Wohngegend ist nicht die Bevorzugteste von Rom, nicht gerade sauber. Vorteil ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof, 15-20min. zu Fuss. Unweit der Wohnung gibt es viele günstige Lokale und es ist sehr ruhig. Angenehm ist auch der Fahrstuhl im Hause, da die Wohnung im 5.Stock liegt.

Marco left me from the first moment with a good impression. He is very helpful. From the first moment there was trust, he answers phone calls/sms fast. Also his very friendly and helpful dad arrived within minutes to open the appartment for us after arrival.

Sehr netter Kontakt per E-mail. Bei Anunft wurden wir in der Wohnung bereits erwartet und sehr freundlich begrüsst. Marco war sehr hilfsbereit. Super war, dass wir am Abreisetag die Koffer bis Nachnittags in der Wohnung lassen konnten. So konnten wir den ganzen Tag noch geniessen.
