The apartment in the raised ground floor consists of a dining room with a table for 6 persons, a living room (sleep-sofa, digital TV, wifi-internet) and a bedroom with double bed (140x200). Fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine, beautiful bathroom with bathtub, recently renovated with new tiles. Wooden floor everywhere, central heating.
The renovated Wilhelminian style house is located near the Hackescher Markt, with its cafes, restaurants and interesting shopping opportunities one of the most famous places in Berlin. Well-known Kastanienallee, a very scenic street between Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg districts is also in the closest vicinity. Great infrastructure: super market (100 m), tram connection, subway stations Rosenthaler Platz (line U8 north-south) and Rosa-Luxemburg-Strasse (line U2 east-west), cinemas, cafes and nightlife. Kulturbrauerei (old brewery building transfered into a cultural center) and Mauerpark (famous for its flea market on sundays) are in walking distance (about 15 minutes).
