Romantic Suite 26

Nuestra anfitriona se desentendió nada más darnos las llaves. Le llamamos varias veces porque el secador no funcionaba y no nos cogió el teléfono en ningún momento.

Horrible communication leading up to our arrival in Florence. The phone number we were given was incorrect and emails I sent were never responded to. However, 9flats was able to put us in contact with someone affiliated with the apartment (not Simona) who then was very helpful and pleasant.

Unfortunately the concact was poor, the whole organization chaotic and not reliable.
I wrote about 5 Mails and text messages one week before the arrival since I haven't heard anything about the owner/agency-staff to clear the arrival details - and didn't get an answer.
After contacting someone of the same agency (thatsitaly.it) in Rome, i finally got an email - on the arrival day!! a woman called me several times. Although I told her my arrival time more than once, she wasn't there, but three women, who started cleaning the apartment when we already arrived, but we couldn't get in. So we had to wait on the very noisy street for about 30 minutes. After all, the woman from the agency was very stressed and not informed that I had already payed the whole rate.
