The flat is located a short walk the Oval Tube Station and the famous Oval Cricket Ground in London and borders the beautiful Kennington park for those who love to exercise - the park has a lovely tea and cake shop too.
Flat is extremely central and about 3km from Piccadilly Circus and Central London with a small bus that drops you to the door - there are also tons of buses on either side.
The flat is within the surroundings of 4 tube stations and also very close to some good colleges and walking distance to the famous Southbank University.
It is close to the river and I often walk to watch some of London's fireworks on the Thames River - it is also a nice stroll to the Lonodn Eye and Big Ben.
The flat is also suitable if you have mobility problems as it has a garden entrance and there are ways of getting to the FLAT from the street without using stairs.

Julia 5.0 stars 05/14/2013The appartement was small, but very lovely and had everything needed to feel comfortable - even a small garden! I felt right at home and enjoyed relaxing there after an exciting day, watch some tv or cook and chat with my fantastic host Cynthia.

Derek 5.0 stars 03/08/2013A home away from home. Comfortable, warm, clean, and well appointed, this little gem suits my needs perfectly. It is in walking distance of tube and bus, as well as heaps of shops and local businesses. I feel safe here and the broadband is fast and consistent. Local doctors are around the corner and there are plenty of green spaces for relaxation. The bed is comfortable, the water is hot and I am very happy with my choice of this as my first accomdation.

Cynthia was absolutely lovely and an excellent host! She always made sure I had everything I needes and knew where everything was - wether that be towels, a key to the internet, directions to the nerest grocerie store or a taxi in the middle of the night to take me to my bus to the airport!
I also really enjoyed chatting when we were both home. Cynthia is a great person, whome IÄm happy to have met. Next time I'll be in London I'll definately see if she has room for me again. -

The host is probably the best thing about my stay. She kept me in the loop as my time to travel came closer and made sure that I was able to access the flat when I arrived. She also provided me with breakfast and all the information that I needed about the surrounding area and settling in. She is intelligent, thoughtful and attentive and has a wealth of knowledge that will help any newcomer who may be bewildered by the UK. She makes you feel at home inside her home, and when the time comes to leave you will have made a new friend. I wish her much success in her endeavours, and I really do recommend her as a host.
