Christina 5.0 stars 07/25/2012Despite the last minute apartment change (the one we booked months ago had been sold), we were very pleased with this new accommodation, which was about the same size as the place we had originally booked, but in an even better location (Vaci Utca). Very pleased with the smooth hand-over of keys and information given. Many thanks!

When we came late in the night we had to wait 40 minutes in the street before the host turned up.
Finally inside, we discovered that the elevator didn't work so we had to climb the stairs.
This was fine for us because we are not that old, but if I had brought my grandmother aged 91 it would probably been the last stairs she had walked in her life.When I mentioned that I had paid for an apartment with elevator the hostess didn't even reply.
She also looked very suprised when the elevator didn't worked, but that was of course a lie. I asked other residents in the house about the elevator and it hadn't worked for a long time.Finally in the apartment the woman charged us for delivering the key late in the night and that's ok of course. But since she turned up late and also lied me straight in the face about the elevator I think she could have dropped those 10 Euros as a sign of good will.
Except this we were very pleased with the apartment and I can highly recommend it.

We were recieved by Marty, that met with us at the metro station and took us to the apartament. She was really nice and friendly, gave us a map and a brief about the city.
