The apartment is on the second floor of the rear building, an elevator is available. The house is located opposite the S-Bahn and tram station Prenzlauer Allee.
... How?
The apartment is fully furnished with restored wood flooring, the flooring in the bathroom is made of natural marble. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. In addition to the towels there also a hair dryer and a small flat iron.
The apartment is equipped with two 90x200 cm beds that can be placed either together or apart.
There is a small TV with satellite receiver.
Two cozy chairs invite guests to relax and talk.
In the kitchen you find a coffee machine, toaster and kettle, cooking hob with an oven and a large fridge and dishwasher.
On the small balcony outside the apartment you will find a small table and two chairs - smoking is allowed outside.
WLAN is currently not available - but it is already requested and will be released in the near future.
An arrival is possible from 2 p.m. onwards, the departure should be up to 12 clock - if no other guests should arrive the same day, you may stay longer if you like.

D. 5.0 stars 05/06/2013Perfekte Lage: direkt an der S-Bahn-/Tramhaltestelle. Die gut duftende Seife sei zu erwähnen. Schöne, sehr gepflegte Räume.
Hell, leise, schöne Holzböden, alles sehr geschmackvoll. Sehr gute Ausstattung. In der Küche hätte ich mir eine große Schüssel gewünscht und ein kleines scharfes Messer, ansonsten war an alles gedacht und genug da, inclusive Küchenhandtücher. Kommen gerne wieder! -
