The apartment is located on the top floor of a 40 unit apartment house and offers a direct view on Rathenauplatz. There are lots of bars, restaurants and nightclubs in the neighbourhood.

Koeln Messe / exhibition centre can be reached conveniently by public transport, direct connection from Zuelpicher Platz. Takes about 10 minutes, trams run frequently all day long.

Complimentary high speed internet access. 32" Samsung HDTV / Nespresso Pixie coffee machine. Yamaha sound system with iPhone dock and headphone cable.

You'll have the whole apartment for yourself. Hong Kong style bathroom: The bathroom is the shower is the bathroom. Kitchenware, dishes, glasses etc. for two. Queensize bed (Beddinge) comes with two fluffy feather beds and big pillows. For more than two guests we will provide a mattress the same size as the bed and additional beds, pillows, linen and towels.

The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival, and you will be provided fresh linen and towels. Minibar and coffee are complimentary.

Check-in / Check-out times: Depending on other bookings, you can check out as late as you want or before 12 noon. Early check-in is possible, if the apartment is not booked by someone else the night before - otherwise 1pm.

Refund Policy: We will offer refunds to guests not satisfied with our apartment.
