The approximately 20 square meters square foot room is part of a beautiful and clean 2-room flat in the district of Friedrichshain. The quarter is one of the most open, vibrant and exciting city of Berlin. The population is mixed with colored students and professionals, families and singles. There is a diverse dining scene and offer a great clubbing - Berghain am Ostbahnhof example, one of the world's hottest nightspots. In the vicinity of the apartment can be found beside many charming cafes, stylish boutiques and restaurants everywhere worth visiting small green parks and squares, where you can have a delicious coffee, while reading a good book or having a nice talk. Who wants to reach quick and easy the world-famous attractions and museums in Berlin and Potsdam can easily use the only 100 meters away S-Bahn station "Ostkreuz", which is optimally connected with the whole city. Also worth seeing: the small neighborhoods of Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Prenzlauer Berg with its galleries, cafes and colorful street life, they are easily accessible from here. Just around the corner are several supermarkets and internet cafes - for physical well-being and the necessary networking is thus ensured :-)

The apartment is located in the rear building and therefore offers rest and relaxation from the busy streets of Berlin. The room itself has a small balcony, where you can relax on warm summer evenings with a glass of wine. The second room I do live in, a clean bathroom with shower is available for all residents of the apartment. In the small kitchen awaits guests every morning 7:30 to 9:00 a light breakfast with coffee or tea, toast and fruit, so you can explore the city break invigorated.

In the apartment itself may not be smoked, but on the balcony its no problem. When you are a polite and careful person, who cares for the furniture and take consideration of all of us sleep, then everything will run great!
