Ellen 2.0 stars 11/06/2011Die Wohnung war von der Lage her super: In kurzer Zeit kamen wir mit der U-Bahn in die Stadt. Auch waren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Bäcker, Supermarkt, ..., in der Nähe. Leider war die Wohnung überhaupt nicht sauber. Als wir ankamen, war lediglich der Boden geputzt. Die Toilette, das Waschbecken, die Dusche waren nur oberflächig gereinigt. Dies galt auch für die Küche. Das war sehr unschön und ekelig. Die Decke im Schlafzimmer hatte Flecken... What was good? The metro was nearby. But the flat wasn´t clean. The bathroom and the kitchen weren´t cleaned really good. We found it disgusting.

Als wir Carmen anriefen und ihr mitteilten, dass die Wohnung nicht wirklich geputzt sei. Sprachen wir mit ihrem Mann. Der versprach, sich darum zu kümmern und zurückzurufen. Ein Rückruf kam nicht. Wir riefen wieder an. Carmen meinte: Wir seien mit unserer Beschwerde zu spät dran. Sie müsste innerhalb von 24 Stunden erfolgen. Tja, wir waren am Samstag um 11.00 Uhr angekommen und hatten uns am Sonntagnachmittag angerufen. Kein Entgegenkommen von ihrer Seite. We called Carmen and told her about the situation in the flat. The told us: You are to late with your complaint. Not a nice behavior!!

Carmen was great to correspond with. She was flexible with our late arrival and helped arrange for her friend to be there waiting for us with the keys. Her directions to the apartment were perfect and easy to follow. There are also a bunch of pamphlets about Barcelona and the area that were helpful to look through. We never got to meet Carmen but definitely appreciate how helpful she was in accommodating us.
