Lovely apartment in the Old Town

'The large space is very clean, and very nicely appointed and decorated. Banks of large windows make it wonderfully bright and airy, and afford a great view onto one of the charming cobbled streets of the Altstadt. Have vacationed with apartments in Paris, Venice, Rome, Berlin, and Amsterdam, and this ranks as one of the best. All my travel companions were envious of the location, appointments, and rate. I was looking to experience the pulse of Dusseldorf with its restaurants, pubs, clubs and stores and was not disappointed. The apartment is located right in the center of it all!'

Welcome to my home!!!

I rent my flat while I'm not in town: it's a large, bright nice and comfortable apartment: very clean and sunny.
It's furnished with a King size bed, closet and towels, blankets and whatelse you need to feel comfortable.

PARKING:
There are a lot of parkings in the area but you need to pay 24/7.
In the streets you need to buy a ticket at the next ticketing machine (Mon-Fri 9a.m.-6p.m. / Sat 9a.m.-4p.m.).
There are a few parking lots, which are free of charge:
...Hofgartenrampe
...under the Oberkasseler bridge (in direction to Messe)
...Carlstor
...taxi rank on Heinrich-Heine-Allee (6a.m.-8p.m.)

The area is PERFECT if you would like to visit Düsseldorf:
It's central:
Walk just one block up you're in the shopping street in the middle of the Old Town.
3 blocks down you're at the famous Königsallee.
A few steps away you're at the river Rhein. There are the main junctions nearby to travel to the fair grounds and anywhere else.

For people who are interested in museums and culture: There are plenty of museums just around the corner e.g. K20, kunsthalle, Movie museum...

Mostly in July there is the biggest funfair at the river Rhein and you will live just on the other riverside of it. Catch a ferry and have fun!

In the flat there's heater, WIFI, dishwasher and laundry in the kitchen.

I partly live here and everything is still in good condition.
Two people can sleep in one bedroom another (2) person(s) have the possibility to sleep on the couch.

The building is located in the middle of bars and restaurants in the Old Town directly at the river Rhein. During the weekend it can be noisy especially in summer when people sit on the bars' terraces.

It makes it the best spot to visit Düsseldorf because you reach the main sights by foot!

You have choice of loads of good restaurants, bars and you can change from one area to another very quickly.
