Welcome to our laid-back, "smoke friendly" house, where you will find a vaporiser in almost every room. It is Amsterdam after all and you'll find us in the heart of it.
We live on the lovely Keizersgracht canal and you will find us on the corner with Utrechtsestraat, just two blocks south of Rembrandtplein. So you'll find plenty of local bars, restaurants, cafes and coffee shops just around the corner.
The #4 Tram stops just outside our front door, but there is no need to buy a Tram pass as we are within walking distance to pretty much everything you are coming to see. We also have some bicycles that we are more than happy to let you use free of charge. Just let us know when you arrive. It's a fun and safe way to explore the city.
Our house is the whole 5 floor canal-side building. It's an old building that's been decorated in an eclectic and quirky style. We have divided up our house into a few single and double rooms, both with and without en-suites and a few larger self contained units we call apartments. All The rooms/apts are off a common stairway and share the same entrance, but the room/apt is your own private space that you do not need to share with anyone.
On the second floor we have this large double room with beautiful canal views that we call the Studio "Apt". On its own it makes a perfect Double room for 2 people costing €85. For an extra €16 you could squeeze in a third person, sleeping on the couch.
The studio apt can join with the adjacent room, "Home Suite Home Library" making a two room apartment, If you are more than 3 people, you must take the adjoining room. Simple book this room for 2 people and the Library for the other 2 people.
In the room you have your own private bathroom and a shower.
There are also some basic kitchen appliances so you can prepare some basic meals.
There is a computer in the room for you to use that is connected to the internet and a server full of movies and shows for you to watch.
Free Secure WiFi is also available throughout the building. Just ask us for the password when you arrive.
We also provide sheets and towels, so you just need to bring the soap :)
We live in the building, so we are usually around if you need any help and advice or just to hang out and chat with.

Ralf 5.0 stars 10/04/2011Die Unterkunft ist im engeren Sinne kein Appartement. Die Küchenecke oder Schrank beinhaltet fast kein Geschirr, Töpfe und lediglich eine Herdplatte um etwas zu kochen.
Die Toilette war defekt. Die Dusche wies Schimmel und eine bedrohlich nahe elektrische Lampe am Duschkopf auf. Das Bett war für Personen, die über 1,80 sind zu klein. Matraze und Sofa waren durchgelegen.
Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ließ zu wünschen übrig.
Insgesamt war di Unterkunft keine 95.- € pro Nacht wert.
Drei Personen könnten dort nicht übernachten. Kühlschrank war voller Schimmel.
Die Lage ist gut.

En pocas palabras, un lugar asqueroso, olor a excremento de perro y humano por toda la casa. Dos perros viviendo y haciendo sus necesidades en la cocina, justo donde se supone que estan los alimentos. El baño inmundo, la puerta siempre abierta porque era politica de la casa que para ventilarlo la unica forma era dejar permanentemente la puerta abierta, imaginense despues de que lo usaran varias personas el olor que salia, para empeorar el baño estaba al lado de la cocina. Con mi mujer nos fuimos inmediatamente a un hotel que nos salio exactamente lo mismo que esa cueva mugrosa por la que pagamos 355 euros. Nos sentimos totalmente estafados, aun estoy reclamando a 9flats sin obtener respuesta la devolucion de nuestro dinero. No entiendo como puede esta empresa vender un producto que es insalubre desde todo punto de vista. Matias Dorfman y Mariana Atozqui Condomi
