Schönes Zimmer in Schanzennähe

I rent a room in my beautiful big 82sqm apartment. The bright 17 square meters large room I have been recently renovated and furnished with a 140cm wide bed, shelf, dresser, wardrobe, desk and small seating area. TV with DVD player, wireless internet, telephone flat in Germany, bedding and linen, towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, etc. are included
If you wish it, there are also breakfast, which will be calculated at cost.
1 child under 14 years accompanied by an adult single room rate
For a small child with a travel cot is available. (No extra charge, please state the child's age at the request or booking).

The apartment is situated in the popular district Eimsbüttel on a large entry and exit road. The room goes out to the backyard, however.
Belong to the flat yet my bedroom and living room and a fully equipped kitchen for shared use with Stizplatz, full bath and a large balcony (smoking ☺)
In the basement there is a washing machine that you can use if needed.
The parking situation is rather tense after 17h, a small walk should be scheduled with. For loading and unloading luggage, but you can go to the yard, there are from there also a second Entrance into the apartment.
This is the U-Bahn station CHRISTUSKIRCHE 2 min on foot to reach, with the
U 2 You come right in the CITY (9 min) to the CENTRAL STATION (12 min) and from there take the airport train.
All shops for daily needs and a savings bank / ATM within walking distance minutes are to be reached in less than 5.
Opposite is the CHRISTUSKIRCHE (ev), the elongated park at Isebekkanal (ideal for jogging) and a large outdoor and indoor pool (with sauna).
To the scene district SCHANZENVIERTEL You come either through the beautiful LINDENPARK or on the small shopping area WEIDENALLEE in 10 minutes on foot.
There is also the S-Bahn station SCHANZENSTRASSE, the S-Bahn from there you get to ALTONA and BLANKENESE.
All around it is good to very good restaurants and pubs for every taste, I advise you as happy ☺
