dayana 4.0 stars 05/15/2013The room N.2 is minimal, but equipped with everything. The dimensions of the room are small, but for a stay of a few days is more than enough.
Cleaning is normal although the bathroom is old and the shower should be changed.
We recommend it because is located in very beautiful area of London (Belsize Avenue n. 37), near metro and supermarket. -

The apartment is beautifully located in a very nice and safe area, close to Hampstead Heath and to several tube stations. The place was small, but clean and had a lot of light. The carpet might be a problem for allergic folks.

Given the general situation in London tube (Swiss Cottage) pretty close to accommodation. Quiet neighbourhood. Very thin walls, could hear my neighbour snore…

After phoning because of the confusion, the ''host'' explained almost aggressively that on his site (no clue that this existed) it was blatantly clear that all visitors had to show up at the office. When I mentioned that this was not visible on the email confirmation, the host explained that such matters were out of his control, and that we should be happy with the free upgrade to a better apartment...I m happy that we did have a chance to see that worse apartment.

This is no private accomodation - it's a company letting those appartments. The guys working there are very nice and helpful, there's no problem for key exchange and information.
