The modern 30 m² apartment for 2 persons is situated on the 17th floor of a high-rise building with elevator in the central city of Berlin. The apartment with luxurious facilities offers a fully equipped open kitchen, living area with double bed and a modern bathroom with large shower. The internet (WLAN) can be used free of charge.

By the ideal location of the apartment the sights of Berlin are within walking distance: the Alexanderplatz with the Television Tower and the „Nikolaiviertel“ are only a 5 minute walk. Even the Berliner Dom, Museum Island, the street "Unter den Linden" with the Brandenburger Tor, the Hackescher Markt, the O2 World or the East Side Gallery as well as the area "Media Spree" are very close to the apartment.

Just opposite you will find the Jannowitzbrücke – from here you can set off to various boat trips through the centre of Berlin.

Public transport: The apartment is located just opposite the suburban train station Jannowitzbrücke (S-Bahn) - only 4 stations from Berlin's central station. The metro station Jannowitzbrücke is right in front of the house, the station Alexanderplatz is only a 5 minute walk.

The flagship stores of the big designer labels around "Hackescher Markt" and the Oranienburger Strasse to be reached in 10 minutes. To Berlin Friedrichstrasse with its department store Gallery Lafayette it is only 3 suburban stations, to the station Zoologischer Garten close to Kurfuerstendamm and KaDeWe (department store) it is 7 stations by suburban train.

Nightlife: The popular clubs, bars, pubs and restaurants in the central city of Berlin are within walking distance: e.g. KitKatClub & Sage Club appr. 500 meters; Weekend appr. 1000 meters; Berghain about 2000 meters; Yaam on the East Side Gallery 1500 meters.
