Wolfgang 5.0 stars 04/15/2013Zentraler und günstiger kann man kaum wohnen: mittendrin und doch sehr ruhig. Da nimmt man dann auch gerne in Kauf, dass das Zimmerchen (das sehr schön und heimelig eingerichtet ist) etwas beengend wirken kann - niedrige Decke und kein Fenster. Aber das gehört zum Charme dieses Hauses, das ein typisches Gebäude des "Modernismo" ist.

Daniel 3.0 stars 09/12/2012The apartment is in a good location in Gracia. The contact with Adolfo was good. Just keep in mind that the apartment is quite dark and there is no window in the bedroom. The bathroom was really clean but the rest of the rooms could be better.

Sang Un 5.0 stars 04/11/2012The location is superb with lots of restaurant in the neighborhood. It made it quite easy to grab some late dinners, when you just feel like it. We had no problem to walk to the touristic sights such as casa batila or case mile, and the Parc Guell, as they where just 10 min walks away.
The bathroom is clean and bright, and the kitchen has everything what you need. The only thing is that the room does not have direct access to sunlight, which makes the room a bit dark. Other then that its a cosy place!

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sogar dann die Geduld nicht verlor, als ich beim zweiten Mal die Wohnungstür wieder nicht aufbekam (man muss sie vom Treppenhaus zu sich herziehen, nicht drücken - ich habe es dann schon noch kapiert!).
