Stylish and perfectly located apartment. There´s many galleries, cafes, nightclubs around. Even a park (Weinbergspark) to chill is only 3 minutes away.
Public Transportation is very close: Rosenthaler Platz (U8) and Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz (U2) each less than 5 Minutes walking distance.
Tourist attractions like Dom, Museumsinsel, Alexanderplatz, Kollwitzplatz or Hackescher Markt are in walking distance (10 min). The apartment is perfect for 1 to 4 persons, but a fifth one may sleep on a guestbed, if required. It´s quiet and not on a big street. There´s a children´s playground close, so perfect for parents as well.
From Airport Flughafen Tegel: Bus 128 to Tubestation Osloer Straße, Take U8 (Direction Hermannstraße) to Rosenthaler Platz (total: 40 Min.). 200 m by foot from there.
Airport Schönefeld: Take S9 (for example) to Station Jannowitzbrücke, change to Metro U8 (direction Wittenau) way to Station Rosenthalerplatz (53 Min.). 200 m by foot from there.
From Mainstation: Bus 142 to Rosenthaler Platz. (about 10 minutes). Then 200 m by foot.

Prime location with top public transport connections in a beautiful street with stunning views, primarily the TV Tower and quality bars, restaurants, night life and galleries all nearby.
