COOL LIVING
This lovely new villa -built according to the traditional stone architecture - is located in one of the best locations on Kea, just an hour away from the port of Lavrio, by the frequent ferries to and from Kea in the summer months.
The minimal interior and the landscaping that surrounds it provide a comfort place for relaxation and privacy.
THE LOCATION
The villa is in a raised position overlooking the sheltered harbour of Vourkari, a traditional port of call for yachts and motor cruisers. It takes about 5' to walk via the path that starts from the house to get to a vibrant selection of tavernas, shops and of bars.
The house has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 persons and 3 bathrooms, 2 en suite. There is a sitting room with a fireplace, open plan kitchen with breakfast table.
The swimming pool is located on the lower outside level with sun loungers and side tables. There are two verandas with dining tables and a stone BBQ.
