Bàrbara 3.0 stars 08/23/2012Basic apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Good value price/quality. Five minutes to the tube station, then 25 minutes to Piccadilly. Supermarket at the corner. The main office is at the same building. Pictures look like the reality.
We missed scissors, wine opener, kitchen towels and dishes sponge. Hair dryer is at reception. Remember this is not a private appartment, so you will not find items left by another guests such as salt, sugar, oil, wc paper... Wifi is not for free.
We recommend it for a short stay. We arrived on Sunday, so reception was closed and they left the keys on the door. There was any problem. -

We were quite pleased with our room but had to complain about our bathroom. It wasn´t as clean as the rest of our flat, the shower was making myterious noises, in some corners was fungi and there were problems to control the water temperature. We really liked the location and how close we lived to the Underground and the supermarkets.

Belsize Park in the north of London is a very nice area, quiet but still really close to the centre. Only a short walk to the tube and regular nightbus service. The supermarket is just around the corner, so are some nice cafes.
The appartment was rather small, but who would´ve expected Buckingham Palace and who stays indoors if there´s London at your doorstep? Daniel was really friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. We will surely book with him again. Great value for money. Thanks again.

After phoning because of the confusion, the ''host'' explained almost aggressively that on his site (no clue that this existed) it was blatantly clear that all visitors had to show up at the office. When I mentioned that this was not visible on the email confirmation, the host explained that such matters were out of his control, and that we should be happy with the free upgrade to a better apartment...I m happy that we did have a chance to see that worse apartment.

This is no private accomodation - it's a company letting those appartments. The guys working there are very nice and helpful, there's no problem for key exchange and information.
