Beside the Bealieu river in the New Forest

1 double and 2 twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms

One of the oldest houses in Beaulieu and is ideally situated for New Forest visitors. We provide relaxed and comfortable bed and breakfast (B&B) accommodation in our family home - we are retired with a grown up family.

This is a family home; there are no TV's or tea/coffee facilities in the bedrooms; Guests are welcome to use the TV in the lounge and you simply have to ask for tea or coffee. There are no locks on the bedroom doors.

The sitting room has a large open fire and several very inviting sofas. Visitors are welcome to relax here in the evenings.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom; One twin and one double. Both rooms have fine westerly views across the pond.

On the second floor there is a twin / double room with its own bathroom across the top landing. This is a lovely quiet and private 'suite' at the top of the house with beautiful easterly views down the Beaulieu River.
