Hilltop Barn cottage

This charming stone cottage forms part of a barn conversion, and is less than 5 minutes walk from Fewston and Swinsty reservoirs in the Washburn Valley north of Otley. 10 miles from Skipton and 9 miles from Harrogate, the cottage is within easy access of the Yorkshire Dales and the Conference Centre of Harrogate. It is ideal for walkers or fishing enthusiasts.

The cottage sleeps 2-4 people. It has a spacious lounge with electric stove, a 2-seater sofa and a double sofa bed. There is a flatscreen TV/DVD player and Freeview. The kitchen-diner has a microwave, washing machine, fridge, iron, toaster and kettle. The dining table seats 4. The kitchen has French Doors which offer splendid views.

There is a twin bedroom with wardrobe, dresser and bedside tables. Large shower room with wash basin and wc. Hairdryer provided.

The cottage is fully equipped, with central heating. It has a private garden with private parking for 2 cars. Children are welcome; the cottage is non-smoking and no pets.

The garden has furniture for al fresco dining, with splendid views. A pub serving home cooked food is within walking distance approximately 1 mile - a torch is recommended!

Open all year round. Prices includes all electricity, heating, bedlinen and towels. A travel cot can be hired if required.
