rochelle 4.0 stars 10/19/2012Location,location, location. Just the right place to bein Preslauerberg. The entire apartment was a large room such as one might find as a hotel room with a double bed. this was surprising to me as I needed two individual sleeping accommodations. Surprise! Luckily we found an air mattress to fill for the second bed. It has a seat able kitchen with a nice window and a good shower with hot water.

The flat is well located, and easy to access to from the airport (less than 1h). You can get to alexanderplatz: walking, by bus or on bike, and from there go to anywhere you want in Berlin quite easily. The flat is just what we needed for our stay in Berlin. I definitely recommand it. There's a litte supermarket 50m from the flat. It's great to have the 2 bikes to discover this wonderful city!!

Never met the host. He left friends in charge while he left town. Was able to contact him by phone,but didnot have my own phone so bought a card to use public phone. A little inconvenient. Host left a detailed message for me to pass the key to the next occupants.
