The Haven at Talysarn Self Catering

We are really hoping that you have a wonderful stay, whether that be business or pleasure. The Loves' endeavour to ensure that time spent at the Haven is 100% comfortable. A feedback book is located in the studio annexe for your comments.

Relax in the Garden

Access to the garden is to the right of the annexe door. Here you will find a neat, well maintained garden with a large patio area. There is a Gas Barbeque unit (maybe housed in the garden shed) and patio table and chairs. A rotary washing line is also available if required.

Through the front door

The Haven is self contained with its own heating and hot water system. Once through the door, you go up the stairs and have the shower room to the right and the washroom with WC to the left.

Shower room

Recently re-furbished, the shower is larger than average and fully tiled, with radiator, towel rail and Karndeen flooring.

Washroom and WC

Again, recently refurbished sanitary ware and Kardeen flooring, is a washroom with WC, large mirror and shaver socket.

Kitchen Area

The kitchen in the studio annexe is equipped with everything you will need. It is compact, with baby belling cooker, fridge/freezer compartment, microwave and francke double sink unit and micro-wave. To the right of the kitchen is the central heating/hot water controls unit offering full control for the apartment. Hot water is on constant supply on demand. In the garage, is the boiler unit and a washing machine with separate tumble dryer. There is also a second fridge with a larger freezer compartment. These items are dedicated to the use of the studio annexe.

Additionals

There is a television with freeview and DVD/CD player, radio alarm. Two easy chairs for relaxing whilst reading or watching the TV. In the corner of the room is a fitted cupboard which houses an ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner. We also have a hair dryer available for use.

All linen is provided and that if it is let longer term to business person, the Haven can be serviced.
