The apartment is located in a two-family house in the cultural city of Salzburg between Glanegg (0,5km) and the hiking and recreation area of the lower mountain (2 miles). A bus stop leads in both directions just 3-5 away from home Minunten. The spacious apartment with terrace is lovely and very comfortably furnished and can accommodate 6 people. It consists of: ground floor: entrance hall, guest wc, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath) and my basement hallway, bedroom and bathroom (with steam shower). The stove provides heat to cool Sommerabende.Trozt near the highway does not interfere with the noise, and the apartment is well insulated.

The place was absolutely perfect. The house was spotless and our host was so easy going and pleasant. Everything was in order - kitchen utensils and china were clean, baking foil laid out in the oven, lots of clean towels.. It was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we spent more time. It was a 7 min drive to Salzburg town, 3 mins drive to the nearest supermarket and a fantastic Austrian restaurant.

Altough we stayed for one night, the location was great and met our expectations. Great shower and bathroom facilities. And very kind and helpfull hostess and host.

Boon Ping 5.0 stars 07/09/201218 days 5 countries 9 accommodations... All 4 of us immediately agree that this was the best place we'd stay and most value for money! Seriously, for similar price, I only get a 4 person sharing room in Innsbruck.
Location wise is given 4 stars because it's not in Salzburg (not much of a problem because we have a car).
The house is very clean, have privacy, extremely good facilities -- internet, huge living room with TV, sofa, big kitchen, washing machine and dryer (even washing powder is provided), bathtub and a music playing shower O_o. I definitely would recommend staying here.

Roxana is very kind and helpful. She took time and effort to show us around her house and explains how to use the oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc. She lives just upstairs and we were shown a bell to press so she can come down if we have any problem/questions (we never used it =). We are very glad to have meet her and stayed at her place.
