Charming apartament in the center of Barcelona, in the Rambla de Catalunya and in front of the Catalunya Square (Plaça de Catalunya). Very bright and can lodge till four people in confort.

Double room has the bathroom in the same space.

In the living-room there is a double sofa-bed and a balcony facing La Rambla. The apartement is fully equiped with heating, air conditionning,TV, WIFI Internet access, washing machine, dish washer, etc. The kitchen is fully equiped with all the necessary menage to eat till four people.

Bed linen and towels. Ideal to accommodate a person, a couple or up to four people.

Para estancias cortas (hasta 3 semanas) se requerirá una fianza de 200 euros. Para estancias medias (3 semanas a 6 meses) se requerirá una fianza de un mes.
Para estancias largas (6 meses a un año) se requerirán una fianza de dos meses.
